Refund policy
At DSignsBySandy, LLC, every item is thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Exchanges are not accepted
To initiate a return, contact us at Sandy@DSignsBySandy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS Refunds or replacements are issued if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a verified defect or error on our part
Photo proof is required for all claims. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
